Meet Gabrielle!
Gabrielle is a working mom with one on the way. She prioritizes training because she knows it makes her a better woman, wife and mother.
In Gabrielle’s own words, here is how she does it:
- I ask for help. I communicate with my husband about the days I’d like to exercise and we coordinate appropriately. He knows it’s a priority for me to fit this in, so he supports me in that. I wouldn’t be able to do this without him / a support system.
- I pick a time that works, even if it means waking up early. I work out at 6am bc that’s what works best for my home / work responsibilities.
- Adapt when necessary. Sometimes I don’t make it to the gym as many times as I want because life is life, so I supplement with walking or a bike ride. As long as I’m moving during the day I consider that a win.
