After having spinal surgery at the age of 19, I understood the power of strength and movement to get out and stay out of pain. Fast forward to age 51, I believe strength not only keeps us out of pain, but it is our fountain of youth.
I enjoy teaching strength as a mind/body practice to help you harness your own power…both mental and physical. It’s a skill and practice that can help you grow older like a bada$$.
Whether your tool of choice is kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells or bodyweight…it’s never too late to tap into your strength.
After years of working as a personal trainer in commercial big box gyms, I have stepped into my new welcome role as gym owner! I am here to make your experience the best possible, but also deliver programming that actually works to help you move closer to your goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or both, you’ve come to the right place!
